I have nearly 20 years of experience working with clients on a 1-2-1 basis around their health and well-being goals.

My approach to coaching is what I call a pyramid of health. 

Our mindset forms our foundation stone, and are the strong base on which to build new, healthier habits around our fitness and nutrition.

When this foundation is weak it is hard to make lasting change.

So, coaching with me works on all three aspects to ensure optimal health can be achieved, and most importantly, maintained.

Having worked on coaching programmes for other organisations over the years I have noticed that for most there is little in terms of ‘aftercare and followup’ once the programmes finish.

As a strong ‘supporter’ profile, it frustrates me to see all the positive motivation built during a programme lost as clients as simply left to their own devices.

Because of this I have built in a period of ‘post programme’ support into all my coaching. I want to see you be able to build lasting change to your lifestyle. Change that is both achievable and maintainable.

Seeing you succeed and continue to impliment positive changes around your health and well-being is what makes my work worthwhile. I love those ‘a-ha’ moments clients have around their health when it all literally falls into place.
